We are Hello Green Pte Ltd, Company No. ROC # 201723745C registered in Singapore with our registered office at 6 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #07-05, S768090 (and we refer to ourselves as “GMart”, “we” or “us” or “our”in this document). The following document elaborates further on what details of our customers (or “users”) we take and how their information is used to run our services.

Collection and Usage of data

We require basic personal details to ensure that our services are provided seamlessly. We collect the following 3 types of information:

  • Name
  • Contact Information (phone numbers, email addresses, address)
  • Other relevant information (interests, preferences, customer survey/offer related information etc.)

If you decide to use our referral service to refer our service to a friend, we may also need your friend’s email so as to be able to send them the referral email.

This information is keyed into our database for records, statistical analysis and market research. This therefore enables us to improve our service. With improved knowledge in consumer demand patterns, we would be able to tailor-make your experiences with your preferences, where we may send emails regarding products in which you may have previously shown your interest in.

However, Gmart takes no guarantee of your information not being accessed by third party in events such as a security breach. Should such an event occur, we will take immediate measures to notify the affected individuals and take appropriate actions promptly, or as required to do by law.

Gmart may also disclose your personal information due to legal actions, regulations and compliance when required to do so by law and judiciary courts of Singapore. This may arise in the event of issues pertaining to security, property and fraud.

Third Party Links

Gmart shall not be held responsible for any content or action taken in third party links that may be available via Gmart’s website in forms such as hyperlinks whatsoever. Our Privacy Policy shall not be applicable for any interaction that may occur on the third party links in any manner. The user shall be held fully responsible for accessing, browsing and facing the consequences of visiting those third-party links at all times and, is subject to that website’s own policies.

Gmart may, however, allow third-party advertisement servers and networks to advertise on its website. When such an occurrence occurs, the third-party links will be able to automatically gather your IP address as well as by using other technologies, such as cookies whatsoever, to personalize their advertisements to suit your taste. Gmart Privacy Policy shall thus not be in effect when the user decides to visit other third-party links through its website.

Cookies

When the user visits Gmart’s website, we may employ cookies on your electronic gadgets, such as computer or mobile to identify your website usage pattern to be able to ease and at the same time enhance your navigation through the website. Log Files

It is also possible that Gmart may use make use of web beacons to track Users’ online browser usage patterns.
